She had 4 little boy puppies a week ago today!
They are all well, including mother.
A bit of a disjointed week with the birth of the puppies...as I had to keep them inside 24/7 for the first week anyways.
That meant getting up every few hours when Dog wanted to go out to the loo...so many times through the night.
More getting up at night in one week than all my kids put together!
So, now this week it's back to painting, staining, sawing, hammering, bolting the pantry to the wall, painting etc inside to hurry up and get the place finished in the next weeks.

| Dog at midnight before I went to bed...on Friday night. |

| 4 am when I got up to check on her...4 puppies later. Looks like she is just cleaning up the last one born, a few minutes prior. |

| 6am...she looks a bit bewildered! |

| Skirting boards to go on yet, then the fill under the window has to be done next and that bolt thing up there has to be cut out . |

Next week or so, I have to get down to the end paddock and start work on the straw gardens...
Hired a lady a few weeks ago, who comes in once a week for 3 hours to help in the gardens.
I'm training her to manage them for me for later on if she is up to it, so it is a process.
Well, that's it for this week...
Pups will have their eyes open next week so will look more adorable, the middle room floor will be completed and hopefully, on Sunday next, I can move all the kitchen stuff back in and begin work on the sealing and staining of this front room floor and all the last coat painting on the walls, windows etc.
